Located in sunny northwest Florida, WaterColor Inn and Resort is destination for both families and couples looking for a luxurious beach getaway.
WaterColor is a multi-use development that covers hundreds of acres and includes the Inn, vacation homes, and retail areas. The Inn is located directly on the beach and has 60 newly renovated guestrooms which are all alike except for the view.

All guest rooms have king beds with full sofa sleepers and a balcony/patio. The lowest level has views of the dunes and because there’s no view of the ocean you have an outdoor shower, patio, and can walk directly to the beach.

The bathrooms are open concept with 2 sinks, walk-in shower with a transom window looking out to the balcony, and separate water closet. A large curtain separates the bathroom from the foyer. There’s also a mini-bar and fridge.

Within the complex there are 6 pools for the guests to use. The main pool at the Inn is for adults only and is located right off the lobby and next to the Gathering Spot and Sushi Bar and includes a patio area with rocking chairs and fire pits which is a perfect spot for an afternoon or evening cocktail.
Beach Club Pool
Kids and families use the adjacent Beach Club pool which includes the Beach Club Grille, Rita bar on the 3rd level, towel stand, and sundries shop. The other pools are sprinkled throughout the resort within different vacation home neighborhoods.
Fish Out of Water breakfast buffet
Fish Out of Water serves breakfast and lunch and is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the ocean and adjacent to the Beach Club. The Virtuoso breakfast is served here each morning of your stay and includes unlimited alcoholic drinks (Mimosas!).
Bikes for guest’s use
As I mentioned this resort has many offerings for kids and families. There’s a daily kids camp for children ages 3-12 and the groups are broken up by age, Kids night out, movies by the pool, and many more activities. There’s plenty of water sports available too. Guests are provided with 2 bikes to use during their stay and beach setup is not included and needs to be reserved in advance.

For the grown-ups, the Fitness Center offers classes throughout the day as well as private training. Spa services include massages, facials, body treatments, nails, and hair. You can also arrange charter fishing trips, golf outings, kayak trips, and more. Several boutiques are located on the property as well as a grocery store.
