There are 3 different accommodation areas, The Hotel, The Villas, and The Estate. The Hotel is the original property built in 1993 with only 21 suites and the only adult-only section of the resort. This area is 3 stories high but has no elevator. You can choose from junior suite at 1080 square feet 1 and 2 bedroom suites up to 2200 square feet and all have a private terrace and kitchenette.
The Villas which comprise 38 units are more family-friendly and include full kitchens and washer/dryer in each of the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units and range in size from 1700 square feet to over 6400 square feet in the Penthouse. The restaurants and food are absolutely spectacular! I at dinner at Anacoana by lit menu and enjoyed every bite. Complimentary daily breakfast is served at Grill Rouge and is also open for lunch and dinner. The Infinity Bar is a great place to watch the sunset each evening over a cocktail. The other restaurant is Krave which specializes in “gourmet comfort food” and is a great family-friendly restaurant located next to The Estate pool.

Also complimentary are afternoon tea, twice daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, phone calls to the US, and daily water. Upon arrival you are greeted with a cool towel and a cold drink. For those arriving late in the evening, the resort will give you sandwiches, fruit, and drinks all complimentary.
The property also has a spa as well as a Kids club.
What sets this resort apart from the others on Grace Bay is its location on the largest stretch of beach at 1100’ for just 82 suites and you have access to your own personal concierge. When you check in to the resort you are given a phone that connects you with your concierge who is at your beck-and-call for anything that you might need.
This resort is part of the Virtuoso network and with my partnership through Brownell Travel, I am able to offer you the following added amenities:
- Upgrade upon arrival based on availability
- Bottle of Champagne and fruit basket
- $100 resort credit
- Early check-in and late check-out based on availability
I highly recommend this resort for families and large groups since the accommodations are so spacious and every element of the resort has an ocean view.
