The Four Seasons New Orleans opened in 2021 and is the former World Trade building. You still have some elements of the original building in the escalators, tall lobby, and the recently opened roof-top restaurant.
The location is perfect for guests wanting to be close to the action of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter as it’s only a few streets away but also for those guests wanting to be away from the craziness.

Guest rooms are quite cozy but not small at 450 square feet for the Superior City-View rooms (entry-level) with a large soaking tub, full shower, water closet, and double-sinks. Modern amenities adorn the room. You will find quick-pull automatic curtains and sheers so with one slight tug they either open or close. Both sides of the bed had reading lights, multiple standard and USB outlets, and a lighting control panel with 3 different settings. Two closets give guests plenty of room to store their clothes.

When not enjoying the sights and sounds of the area, guests can relax in the 5th floor rooftop pool and jacuzzi with full service and cabanas or spend time in the spa.

If you are lucky enough to visit over the weekend, be sure to dine at Miss River for their weekend brunch. Start your day with their roaming cocktail cart serving Bloody Marys and Mimosas and be sure to order the bread service. You will thank me later. In the evening, dine at Chemin A La Mer where their James Beard award-winning chef serves local dishes featuring steak and seafood. If you fancy a cocktail, you will want to visit Chandelier Bar serving classic cocktails and caviar.

Clients of McAlpin Travel will receive daily breakfast for 2, $100 hotel credit, and an upgrade upon arrival if available.
