Fees

The planning process for custom trips takes time and is a collaborative process between the client, myself, and the vendors and this fee covers the initial consultation, planning and research, booking and managing all travel components, as well as support during travel.

We will discuss any fee charges during the DISCOVERY meeting. Fees will be collected after DISCOVER call. All fees are non-refundable even if travel does not take place.

Minimum Trip Cost

Since each trip is custom-designed to each client’s specific needs, we request a minimum trip cost of $5000 for land-only. If you fall below this amount you are welcome to book via our online Virtuoso.com booking portal. You can find this link under the GET STARTED tab. McAlpin Travel will follow up with the hotel/resort to confirm the booking and make sure you receive the VIP amenities.
