St Bart, St Barths, Saint-Barth, or however you want to say it is a delightful French island located in the southern Caribbean. What’s it like? My husband and I recently spent a few days in St. Barts and stayed at Cheval Blanc – Isle de France.  This small resort is a modern seaside retreat decked out in white and driftwood with a touch of sophisticated elegance.  You are greeted by a staff of young french ladies in matching dresses with their hair in buns and handsome  young men with great tans.
